Pageant Coaching

Coaching is available by appointment only; call Jessi Darnell to schedule 478-278-3395.  Appointment times are M-F 6-7 pm on weekdays, Sat 4:30-6 pm and Sunday by special request only. Classes are available in packages of 3, 5 or 10 sessions, along with single session classes. One 30 minute free evaluation is available before purchasing a package (not applicable to a single class purchase). Evaluations determine the level the student falls in and what price range her classes would fall in. Single sessions are anywhere from $25-$60/hour depending on age and experience. Package rates are fully determined on skill level and amount of classes chosen, those prices will be determined upon the free 30 minute evaluation period.

Things to remember to bring to class: 

• Pageant shoes and socks, if any are worn.
• Dress-ONLY if it is a short dress-to every session!
• If you are wearing a Ball Gown please only bring your Crinlin-if you have one.

Please Note:   If you are only coming for an evaluation - bring your shoes, I will not provide shoes for you!  You may choose to go ahead with the evaluation without shoes however, the price is not guaranteed if you do not perform the same with your shoes on.  You will be notified of a change in price after the first class.

Note to parents:

Children are usually distracted by their parents during class, therefore you are not allowed to sit in the class.  You will however, be allowed to sit in the waiting area where you can hear us, but we can't see you.  This minimizes distractions but allows you to feel secure that your child is being taught to the highest standards during their learning experience.  There will be a demonstration at the end of every class to show you, the parent, what we have achieved during the class as well as a list of things to practice before the next class.

Dance Coaching

If you would like coaching for talents, mainly dance, this is priced separate from normal pageant coaching classes and sessions. However, the same evaluation and package procedure applies-single sessions are not available because that is simply not enough time to accomplish a talent.

Dress and Costume Customization                                                                                 

If you would like any wardrobe consultation such as: evening gown, talent, sportswear, costume or wow wear, etc. Those are offered as a courtesy when a session or a package is purchased. Customization is available for any part of your pageant wardrobe even if it was not purchased at Colleens. Any customization is purely based on your budget, I can offer a sketch of what I recommend along with a price range if requested.  Customizations are extra and are not to be considered as a part of your class or package pricing.

Payment Options

• Single classes are to be paid at the end of the class
• For packages-half of the total amount is to be paid upon the scheduling of the package and the other half at the end of the last class. You may also pay as you go, at the end of every class. 

Please note:  The amount of classes agreed upon in a package is ultimately determined by you - all I do is recommend the amount I think will be needed to get your child to the skill level possible for them, considering the time we begin coaching before the pageant.

• Customizations-$100 and lower -payment is required after the work is done and you are taking the garment out of the shop. If customizations are over $100 then payment is required with half upfront and the other half when the garment is leaves the shop.

Cancellations

I understand that unforeseeable events sometimes happen and that we may need to reschedule a class or classes in a package.  I do however, ask that you please give me at least a day's notice, more if possible, so that others may have that date available to them.  Please consult you and your child's schedule before selecting a package.  Once a package is chosen and the price is determined that amount cannot be changed or refunded, only rescheduled.
